My favorite is your activity where you write on leaves with metallic sharpies and glue them to a ribbon. My daughter and I did that last year, and it was a beautiful activity.
I love the way autumn smells, and how inhaling the cool air energizes me. Best time of the year! Congrats on your book!
How fun! I love wearing jeans, a scarf and flip-flops. Fall gives me this opportunity. I also love harvesting our garden's abundance, having a fire in the backyard and all things related to fall fruit in a buttery crust… combine them all with blue skies and autumnal colors and there's my perfect day.
I love the smell of Fall, the crisp leafy smell. I love the excuse to wear my comfy Smartwool socks again and starting the fireplace. We enjoy making your crayon rocks, just completed a fall selection of them this weekend. We would be so pleased to win your e book, than you for the opportunity.
Going to the Pumpkin Patch! It's been our traditions since our boy was 2 yrs old .. he will walk around with the buggy to pick the biggest pumpkin the he;s allowed to bring home :-) Hmm, not sure about the craft part – I am not really creative and this book will be a huge help in creating a crafty and fun art. Thanks for the giveaway!
My favorite thing about fall is the colors. The crisp fresh smelling air, and the awesome color of blue the sky turns. Apples too, love those. Now if only I could change the season that comes next!
Our favorite thing about Fall is Martinmas and apples–a cross between those two. :)
I love fall! Especially the smell of spices and yummy food. I love painting leaves with the kids & making crockpot applesauce!
It used to be I loved Fall most because it was sweater weather! But now I love it most becauase it means adventures in the leaves with my little ones. Our favourite craft these days is collecting leaves and other Fall treats like acorns and pinecones to paint, create mobiles, nature pictures, etc… Thanks always for giving us great inspiration!
It's not so hot anymore! And everything is so pretty and it's okay to eat everything pumpkin again. It's the best time of the year!
I love the golden light of fall more than anything. The chance to be outside while everything glows before the grey of the PNW winter sets in. I have been wanting to buy your book so badly and just haven't taken the plunge yet!
the best activity is to collect many leaves and throw them into the air in the garden, I love the rain of leaves, the noise it makes when stepped
I love Fall! I love the crisp air, sleeping with windows open and heavy blankets, baking bread again after a hot summer, and showing my two toddlers how to rake together piles of leaves and then jump in them.
We love autumn because it's finally getting cooler and we can be outside again. My son is digging in the dirt and shows me every leaf he can find. Sometimes we take them home, press them and make a craft like a leaf lantern and we enjoy the nice light.
I miss the fall. In southern California fall just means that the weather cools down. There are changes in the color of the leaves, but nothing as dramatic as the rest of the country. I do love that feeling of change and rest.
I love the chance to wear sweaters and make hot cocoa for the kids. Experimenting with pumpkin flavors and other squash is very exciting. Fall and winter crops need less attention and they make your garden beautiful and lush.
Looking forward to becoming more crafty through sites like yours and introducing more art to my kids.
The wind, the colour, the falling leaves, gently rustling under my feet. Lovely autumn.
I love how it makes me feel nostalgic and wistful inside, but for nothing specific, it's just the feeling from the air.
And my mom's apple crisp.
This book looks like it has some wonderful ideas. I love fall but find with the beginning of school activities into Halloween, I don't get to do as much as would like too. This would be a great addition to by library of ideas. Thanks for putting it together! I hope I am chosen:)
There are so many things I love about fall – the beautiful surroundings, pumpkins, mums, those warm days amidst the cool ones, trips to the apple orchard, apple cider, making soups and crisps and fall comfort foods! Impossible to pick just one thing!!!
I love the fall color change and the cool weather inspires me to knit! Fingers crossed for a copy of your craft book! Thanks for all the inspiration.
