Win a Box of Arts and Crafts Supplies for Your Family From Craft Project Ideas!

Do you need some fresh arts and crafts supplies for back to school and the fall crafting season? Craft Project Ideas, one of my blog sponsors, is offering a box of fun supplies as a giveaway to one lucky reader. They asked me for suggestions of what to include, so this list is handpicked by me. We've tried and enjoyed almost all of these ourselves!

Here's what's in the box of arts and crafts supplies:

Craft Project Ideas arts and crafts supplies are available in Walmart stores everywhere. And you can find instructions and videos for many craft projects on their website.

Readers who leave a comment to this post by Wednesday, August 21 at 11:59pm EST will be entered to win the box of arts and crafts supplies by Craft Project Ideas. Winner will be chosen by random number generator and announced here on Thursday (I will also e-mail the winner). Giveaway open to US residents who are 18 and older. Also, note that the box will be shipped via FedEx, so the winner must provide a physical address rather than a PO Box.

Good luck!

Giveaway now closed.

The random number generator gave me #129, so Meagan Darrow wins the box of supplies. Congrats, Meagan! I'll email you…

Thank you for this opportunity!! We really enjoy your book and also that you are sponsored by this company, as it is easy for us to go over to the Walmart and pick up the supplies to replicate your crafts! (We don’t have a craft store in our town.) We have enjoyed making sun catchers for family and friends. My daughter is home schooled and I have been trying to get her to sort buttons, lego bricks, crayons, you name it if it can be sorted I have tried it.. She finally sorted something on her own!! She sorted the pony beads out so that she could make patterns for the sun catchers, THANK YOU!!! This was one super duper excited momma! :o) Thanks again!

What you are offering FREE to bring out creativity in children is both generous and very thoughtful. I am a big believer in good old fashioned arts and crafts and board games, don’t get me wrong I think it’s marvellous all the computer knowledge young children have been taught both at school and in the home but arts and crafts should be encouraged in youngsters more as most childrens recreation time is spent on hand held devices playing android games or on mobile phone games etc. My 6 year old grand daughter has been brought up to understand the fun of home baking, painting pictures, building lego models by following precise instruction guides and a little gardening and watching the seeds she planted grow into flowers or fruit. Arts & crafts don’t get the recognition they greatly deserve so come on parents, get a descent sized storage box and let the little one’s decorate it up and start collecting a few arty pieces each week like a plastic painting pallette, poster paints, glue sticks, glitter etc and you are well on the way to making a very inexpensive arts n crafts box (if you don’t win the one very kindly offered in this prize give away).
Keep tradition alive and encourage more arts and crafts in your childrens recreation time and see the fun they have.
