Art space

Maia drawing on neon green poster board (she picked the color!) on our kitchen table.

I'm heading over to a friend's house this morning to help her reorganize her kids' art space. I'm ridiculously excited about this chance to help her transform the space and make their materials more accessible and inviting!

Oooo! Do you think you’ll post pix, and talk about the art-renovation? I would SO love to see, and to be inspired- I’m sure it will be amazing.

My kids love poster board. Any time we go to Staples, they each as for a piece. I always find it fascinating how a different medium can inspire new creativity in them. (We painted on canvases yesterday instead of paper and my four year old painted totally differently.)
Have fun transforming your friend’s room. I love organizing! Although, I would love to have you come organize our art room!

I love the picture with its green reflection on her face! See, Toulouse-Lautrec knew what he was talking about!
