All About Artful Parent 101
Artful Parent 101 is an easy-to-follow online course that helps parents bring more creativity and art into their family life. Created and taught by our founder, Jean Van’t Hul, the course shows you how to set up an art space, choose the right supplies, and make art a fun part of your daily routine. Through videos, worksheets, and fun activity ideas, you’ll learn simple ways to support your child’s creativity and enjoy making art together.
The course is self-paced and includes 2 main modules plus a bonus module, with short video lessons, worksheets, and printable activities you can do at your own speed.
Who is this course designed for?
Artful Parent 101 is designed for parents and caregivers who want to raise creative kids. The material is best suited for those with children ages 3 through 10.
What if I don’t feel creative?
That’s okay! You don’t have to feel confident in your own artistic abilities in order to foster your children’s creativity. In fact, this course would probably be perfect for you as it would give you tools and strategies for encouraging art and creativity in your household plus the confidence to do it more regularly.
When is the course available?
Once you enroll, you have access to all the material right away. You can learn and incorporate the lessons into your family life as quickly or as slowly as you like. If you want to go through it all in a week, that’s fine! If you want to take your time, that’s fine, too. And the course material will still be there later, if you want to revisit any of the lessons down the road as your kids and family change.
Do you have to live in the US to take Artful Parent 101?
No! That’s the beauty of an online course. You can take it from anywhere!
