We love sensory play. Besides being really great for kids’ development, it is super fun!

There are tons of amazing sensory materials out there, and they all lend themselves to Halloween! All you really need area few spooky accessories (we often grab little items from the dollar store, like spider rings, eyeballs, and mini pumpkins). Here are some of our favorite Halloween sensory set ups.

1. Chocolate Cloud Dough

Mix cocoa powder into the basic cloud dough recipe and incorporate fully. This is extra cute with candy corns and little pumpkins.

2. Candy Corn Aquafaba

Whip up a batch of aquafaba, add some sprinkles and candy corn and you’re good to go!

We put everything but the kitchen sink into this kinetic sand set up! Our kids had a blast using the skeleton hands to make handprints in the sand.

7. Wash a Pumpkin!
